What to expect
Assess and cleanse
The practitioner reviews the areas of congestion, removes makeup and surface residue, and prepares the skin for extraction.
Soften congestion
Gentle exfoliation and preparation help loosen surface buildup before manual extraction begins.
Professional extraction
Blackheads and non-inflamed comedones are cleared within the extraction time included in the selected care level.
Calm and finish
The skin is calmed and finished with appropriate professional products; upgraded services also include LED light therapy.

Downtime
Temporary redness and tenderness are common after extraction and usually settle within a day or two. More intensive extraction can take longer to calm.
Results
Congestion looks reduced immediately after extraction. Ongoing breakouts may still require home care or medical treatment; this facial does not replace dermatology care for severe acne.

Which Acne Facial level should I book?
Choose by the extraction time you expect to need: Basic includes 30 minutes, Advanced 60 minutes, and Intensive 90 minutes. If you are unsure, contact the front desk before booking.
What does the SkinCeuticals® + LED upgrade add?
It adds SkinCeuticals® professional products and LED light therapy while keeping the same 30-, 60-, or 90-minute extraction level.
Will my skin be red afterwards?
Some redness and tenderness are expected after extraction, especially with longer sessions. Avoid picking the skin and follow the aftercare given at your appointment.
Can this treat severe or cystic acne?
It is intended for congestion, blackheads, and non-inflamed comedones. Severe inflammatory or cystic acne should be medically assessed before extraction-based care.
